Leicester assistant Appleton unsure of future after Leeds victory
Leicester City caretaker manager Michael Appleton was pleased with his side's 3-1 win over Leeds United in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night.
The Foxes went behind when Pablo Hernandez scored for Leeds. Kelechi Iheanacho quickly equalised for Leicester, and second half goals from Algerian duo Islam Slimani and Riyad Mahrez was enough to see City advance to the quarter finals of the competition.
